Designing ideal analogue circuits has become difficult due to extremely large-scale integration. The complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analog integrated (IC) could use an evolutionary method figure out the size of each device. CMOS operational transconductance amplifier (CMOS OTA) and current conveyor second generation CCII) are designed using advanced nanometer transistor technology (180 nm). Both OTA CCII have high performance, such as a wide frequency, voltage gain, slew rate, phase margin, include very applications in signal processing, active filters oscillators. optimization approach is iterative procedure that uses algorithm change design variables until optimal solution identified. In this study, different sorts algorithms genetic (GA), particle swarm (PSO), cuckoo search (CS) employed boost enhance performance parameters. While decreasing time required develop conventional operation amplifier's settling time. Some studies decrease value power utilized at various frequencies.
